If you use our mobile application, you can delete your account by submitting a request to legal@vergemotorcycles.com or by deleting your account through the application itself. If you delete your account from within the application, we will delete the application related personal data. 8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our website and motorcycles are intended for persons who are of the legal age to drive a motorcycle in their jurisdictions. Typically, the minimum age to get a motorcycle license varies from 16-18 years. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal data from anyone under the age of 16, we will delete such information as soon as possible.
