Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Understand customers’ needs and preferences to provide authentic, personalized assistance.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and guide customers appropriately to make informed purchasing decisions.
Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on all Verge product features, specifications and promotions.
- Provide accurate information about Verge and other EV products to assist customers in making informed choices.
- Conduct ongoing training to stay informed about new arrivals and trends.
Customer Service Excellence
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall customer experience.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service and sales strategies.
Qualifications

Sales Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
